1940 Leitz Summitar 5cm f/2 w/ Swastika

I recently purchased this lens along with a IIIa body from someone off craigslist. It's in excellent condition aside from brassing on the barrel. It's got a German eagle and swastika engraved on the barrel near the mount as well as the markings MF 630. I'm looking for any information on the lens.
