I bought both of these "good condition" lenses on eBay. Neither are what I would call good condition, in fact, the coating has nearly been cleaned off of the front of the Industar 61. The Jupiter 8 is in slightly better shape but also is scratched up. Both are in LTM.

Anyway, the first person to PM me and be willing to Paypal $5 for shipping gets the two lenses. Shipping is the same $5 to anyone in the continental U.S. I don't want to deal with internation shipping. Sorry to my Alaskan, Canadian, British, Japanese, Russian, and East Timor comrads.

The first picture was taken with the I61, the second with the J8. Both shot at F/5.6.

They are all yours. I'm glad they are finding a good home.

A good home?!!! With Dr. Lensenstein?!!! He's going to rip them apart and use their lens mounts and focusing helixes in ways that nature never intended! 😉

So Brian, this will be a simple transplant as opposed to an inter-species adaptation like with the special lens that you made up and that Raid now has? 🙂

I've got a few interesting MF and LF lenses. Too long for 35mm conversion, I think. I'm going to play with these on my Speed Graphic once I have more time.

Frank: It will be done for a good cause [such as more strange 50mm lenses] ! 😀

Brian is opening up the door to new ideas and new lenses.

Yes, I've had good luck before using elements made 20 years apart in J-3's.

And the lens that I made for Raid was an Paxette RF lens adapted to LTM.

The lens that I made for myself is a Zeiss Tessar 50mm F2.8 Preset in M42 mount adapted and RF coupled to LTM.

Brian: I am still yearning for a Nikkor lens Sweeneysized to LTM one day.

Frank: I have a 105mm Schneider Xenar with a Pentacon 6 mount (someone brutally hacked it], and I can use this lens with a Canon FD-Pentacon 6 adapter on a Canon FD camera. Maybe it's a good portrait lens? I have no clue what type of camera the Xenar is meant for. Serial Nr. 10 482 589.
