I may be but can't fully commit to it right now. I'm usually around Chinatown/North Beach on my daily walks so it will be familiar to me.

It is open to non-members, at least the shooting. As you can see from the web page, there is a whole "aftermath" too, which includes a book, gallery shows, etc. You need to be a member to be involved in that. But having the company is good.

So we had our prep meeting tonight. In the end, we decided that anyone who wanted his/her work in the "project" (book, show, etc) had to be a club member. So if you're interested in that, let me know and I can give you the specifics.
But, if you're still interested in just joining in and shooting, that would be fun. I'll be there for roughly...20-24 hours. I wouldn't mind the company.

If you're at all interested in joining in "officially," then you need to join our club by Wednesday, the 24th. Information is at http://foothillphotoclub.kaiyen.com/index.php?n=Main.Who#join about how to join. If you decide you want to mail in payment then let me know and I'll inform the officers so that you're eligible for the event. Then, you'll need to e-mail ducpham (at) gmail.com to pick a time an be added to our event-specific mailing list.
Otherwise, if you want to just join us, let me know. We still have slots that need to be covered, and I'd rather have someone I know (ie - one of you) to hang out with while I cover those times, even if the stuff you shoot won't end up in the exhibition.
