28mm Ultron Front Element Loose/Wobble

A loose element/wobble seems to be a relatively common occurrence but I've yet to see any guides on how to fix it for the 28mm Ultron.

I believe you need to remove the front part (where the lens features the branding/focal length/aperture), any idea on how to do so?
