I got the card in the mail today! This is a great show, the largest in the show in the south. Hours are 11am-5pm on Saturday Feb. 14th and 10am-3pm on Sunday Feb. 15th. It's held at the Florida National Guard Armory, 700 NW 28th St. Admission is $7.25, or $6.25 if you have one of these cards or are with somebody who has a card. Maybe some of us could meet up for breakfast and then head to the show.

(Your wife will LOVE you for going to a camera show on Valentines Day!)

Sure wish I could make the show, and the breakfast. But alas, I am stuck here in the frozen tundra.

Hope you get a great turnout!

A two day camera show ? Why couldn't it be a bit closer to the border. I'd settle for Rochester and make a trip of it. Been a few years since I've graced the counter at Nick's Tahou ;)

I was there. It was a basketball court sized gym - filled with dusty old overpriced cameras. Some darkroom stuff, one guy selling digital stuff - 3 guys overzealously trying to buy your gear, the usual couple folks selling out of their collection, and one guy who had an absolute TON of high quality good, good bodies and lenses (hassies, mamiya, leica, etc).

I saw SO many AE-1's I couldn't count. Some FSU RF's, lots of Nikon SLR's and RFs, but not a single QL17/19/28, etc. I had my heart set on a Zenobia in excellent shape - the first thing I asked the guy was if he took credit. "Oh sure no problem" - until I handed him the card "Oh I don't have a way to process that". Too bad. The digital guy and one of the other folks had a way, but it all worked out - have a zenobia bid for on ebay atm for half the price.
