Hello
My Hexar recently got its rangefinder knocked out of order, and while I managed to fix it, the test photos I did with my 35mm Ultron the same day were all out of focus.
As a result, I started to test my lenses/cameras today. I tried my 35/1.7 and 75/2.5 both on the Bessa R and the Hexar RF (both lenses with both LTM-2-M adapters to make sure the adapters are not to blame) on a construction crane about 500ft/150m away and see when I reach focus, either with the RF Patch or with a Ground Glass placed where the film should be and make notes what the lens said the focus was.
The test on the Hexar I did with both adapters I have for the 35mm and the 75mm, and results were the same. I used my MF rangefinder for a while so I can't say when the focus went off, but I do know it did work fine before.
Repair guides I found so far seam to only deal with the Rangefinder Patch being off, not the actual focus. However, the rangefinder is not the problem. Anyone has an idea how to fix that?
greetings
Markus
