41 countries in 1 year - great photos

local weekly paper has an article on a photographer who took a year off with a Canon pocket camera, and took 30,000 photos in 41 countries.

Some great examples in her blog and in the Palo Alto Weekly 4/10/09 issue.

Will be having open houses locally soon, and a book coming out.

I'd like to know how to fund the expedition and how to get visa for 41 countries, certainly not easy. Great feat to be honest.

Looked through the first page of photos. Didn't see anything great photographically speaking, I'm afraid.
Looks like she had a great trip though!

Some nice pictures, but too bad she used a digital P&S, it really affected the image quality.
