Hi all! I recently got a 2nd hand M8, and I would like to share a few snapshots from NYC. Taken with Voigtlander 15 an Leica 35 Summicron Pre-asph.
Outside B&H, haha:
I liked this guy's hat, blurry though:

There's a couple more pix in the set here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jark89/sets/72157622944277661/
Any C&C are welcome! Happy holidays everyone!

Beautiful shots. They speak well for the M8 but you got the depth and tones perfectly right.

The one with the building in middle of the trees is the best one - for me.

Nice shots! Do you reckon the poor guy has dug his bike out by now though?
I'm out for the next few day's for the first time proper with my new M8 and hope I get the success you have with yours.

Congrats on the M8. Enjoy!
I too think the last shot is particularly good and like your processing on the night shots.

I've dug out many times when living up that way. Don't miss it a bit.
Those shots really conveyed the excitement of the city.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I'm really enjoying the M8. It is my first rangefinder, as well as the first time I've ever used one, so there's still much I have to learn. This forum has been a great resource however.
Ya that blurry pic, is really nothing but a...blurry pic, hahaha. But for some reason I like it...I guess finding solace in failure? Hehehe...
