This place was a bit tricky to photograph. lots of things going on. lots of stuff. Lighting really varied- there were dark corners and places illuminated by sunlight. But people were so preoccupied that no one really cared that I was taking pictures.

In the end I'm kind of disappointed with what I got- there's nothing really good out of the bunch. My intention was to share what it was like to be there, and I don't think that really worked out. You can't get the impression of how busy the place is in the pictures. My mum even thought it was kind of meh. oh well.

... but as random pictures, they're pretty okay. maybe.

comments or criticism would be really appreciated. :)

cheers,
Eugene.

Hi Eugene. Was this event held in a barn located between Smith Falls and Kingston?

As for critque, the backs of people are rarely interesting.

Yes, FrankS noted the one issue: no faces.
Certainly noithing wrong with exposures, focues, composition. Just shift your position to one side or the other of a stall, and voila!, faces!
Go get 'em. It is good to see so many young photographers here ...

wow, you're right about the backs of heads...

Frank, this place is somewhere within Ottawa. I think. definately not between Smith Falls and Kingston.

and apologies for that awful thread title. I was tired...

thanks guys!
