A Great Classic Camera is Reborn :-)

Actually $50 is not a bad price for this. Some old ones on eBay have sold for more. It is the sort of thing that is "so bad" that is is "good". The photos it takes have a ghostly look that is apparently appealing.
 
There are many un-complicated 120 rollfilm cameras in most junkshops here, usually for five euros (or less). The Lomography guys certainly have a great marketing plan but they are very far from being the only old-and-freaky camera source !
 
I paid $10 for my Lomo, new, a few years ago. Did the dollar depreciate that much? I'm voting for the economically-strong party next year, I can't afford anymore not to!

I see they have expired film. Now, that's tasty!

Dianas normally have three apertures and the view on the net seems to be that the lens is too sharp [!!!] for a Diana.
