Hi guys, recently i was visiting a large photography website in China, a guy in one of the forum said that he recently won a bid on ebay USA on a vintage camera, and the guy who sent him the camera also shipped 3 rolls of undeveloped film. He figured that the films were from 1950s and decided to try develop them. Surprisingly most film turned out okay. They were photographs of US soldiers and a funeral.
In the post the OP said that he guessed that the soldier was in the Korean war and this could possibly be the last shot of this person alive. The seller didn't know where the film came from. So he wanted to spread the information and find the person (if alive) in the photograph or his relatives, 'coz this guy could have died in war and his relatives might want to see his photo.
The original link is here, if you cannot read Chinese, the text above is basically what he said. For copyright reasons i did not transfer the pictures here, but you can see it by following the link.
Anyhow, Film photography is such a magic thing, isn't it? How could one imagine that his photo will be delayed 60 years to appear in the world on the side of the globe.
