I saw a Schneider-Kreuznach 105/3.5 for sale, supposedly in LTM. Anyone ever heard of this lens? Any impressions?

Most Schneider 105mm lenses are enlarger lenses. Maybe someone has modified the lens.

Maybe. It seems a bit short to be a 105 mm.

Mf and LF 105 lenses can be shorter than 105mm lenses for a 35mm system.

Black barrel Xenars, 105mm/3.5 in a sunken mount with rangefinder coupling, were available in LTM. The sunken mount appears to have been a sunshade feature.

Xenar 105/3.5 was a 4-element lens (similar to the Tessar) for 6x9cm cameras before WWII.
Schneider made some lenses in LTM but not much, and even less were RF coupled - probably in fear of Leica's lawyers (patent protection).
