The American flag still flies over this former church building along old Route 66 and I-44 just east of Weatherford, Oklahoma. I found it curious that there are sliding barn doors on the side of the building.
The heat in western Oklahoma was almost unbearable during our short stay in the state. It was 105 degrees in Oklahoma City the day that I made this photograph.

what kit you using on these color shots?

It was boiling OUTSIDE. I was drenched in sweat by the time I finished driving from Oklahoma City to the Texas state line just from stopping a few times in that 105 degree heat. It actually got cooler in Texas and cooler still in New Mexico.

Hasselblad. This shot was done with the 50mm CF-FLE Distagon. I also used the 80mm CF Planar and 150mm CF-Sonnar during my trip. The film was Fuji Provia 100F

Nice shot. And nice to see someone (else) using Provia 100F.

PS I only use Provia in 35 mm, not sure it could be an idea to use it with my Rolleiflex.

Thanks for posting your latest shots Chris. They have been enjoyable to look at. I'm anxiously waiting for a few rolls of Provia to get back from the lab I shot with my Mamiya M645.
