Looks like the framelines on my 25/28 VF are kind of askew. It's making all of my photos have slanted horizons. 🙁

Does anybody repair these things??

Echo John- what kind of finder is it? It might be an easy DIY. I've straightened framelines on several of the plastic C/V finders which got knocked out of alignment. Just remove the two screws in the bottom and the top comes off. I rotated the frameline mask until it's straight, and applied a dot of superglue to hold it in place before reassembling.

Since finders are only used for viewing and are pretty simple, they are a great place to start to try to fix yourself- even if you've never done any work on your gear yourself before.

Yep. On the Cosina, I fixed the foot last night. Took out two screws to split the shell into halves, and all the optics were exposed.

Dead simple, just buy good screwdrivers.

Can you see how it's held together? I bet if you have any mechanical aptitude at all and can see how to dis-assemble it, you can figure out how to fix it yourself. Sorry that I can't offer any more exact advice than that. I don't know who does repair on these if you don't feel comfortable tackling it yourself, but I bet if you contact any of the regular suspects in camera repair, you can find someone who can take care of it for you. Keep us posted.

3 screws on the bottom under the shoe. I'll give it a DIY tonight. Thanks for the boost of confidence gang! I'll let you know how it goes. What should I use to cement the element in place?

Crazy glue is said to outgas severly and product haze on glass.

This may be the case- I don't know for sure. All I can say is that I've used a small drop of crazy glue to hold the frameline masks in three of my finders and haven't had a problem yet. The oldest repair was done four years ago. BUT- I don't claim any more expertise than this.
