Aculux 3 - where in the USA?

Ok - I have 33 rolls of VP120 to develop, and as it turns out I don't have enough Aculux 2 to do it (one of the three bottles I had was very outdated and turned out to be dead). I am also a little bit spooked because the date on the two "good" bottles is 9/2007.

Does anyone know where in the U.S. to get Aculux 3?
