OK, I ordered my Christmas present from my wife last night -a Pentax K10D dSLR. I have a number of old Pentax K mount and M42 mount lenses that I look forward to using.
I also have some Leica lenses that I have been using with a Visoflex II/III that I want to use on the K10D.
I have the adapter situation figured out for the ones whose short mounts end in a LTM screwmount.
What I am not totally sure about are the short mounts that have a bayonet mount such as the 16464(OTZFO) or the 16462. None of my research has turned up a ready made solution for this.
If I am figuring right the length of the adapter needs to be 22.34mm.
One option would be to take the female M Bayonet mount off of a beater Viso II that I use for parts and bolt that to an adapter that has male M42 threads. I can then attach a K to M42 adapter to mount on the K10D.
I have some M42 extension tubes that I could cannibalize if I have to.
Anybody have better suggestions or advise? I really want to try using my 90 Summicron and 135 Tele-Elmar on the K10D.

They're how I use a PC-Nikkor on Leicas.
