I just got an Angle Finder C to use with my Canon 5D Mark II. It came with two adapters: Ec-C and Ed-C.

Problem 1: I can't tell which of these to use with my camera because one feels too loose (Ed-C) and the other feels too tight (Ec-C). I don't want to apply force to the latter (Ec-C) and risk damaging the camera eyepiece and the adapter, though I suspect that it (Ec-C) may be the right one. All I can find on the web is that one is 22mm and the other is 18mm, but I can't find a list of cameras that each adapter is supposed to work on.

Problem 2: The adapter has two magnifications: 1.25 and 2.5. When I switch to the higher magnification, the adapter requires significant refocusing of the adapter eyepiece. This makes using the higher magnification as a focusing aid very inconvenient. Is this normal?

In summary:
Problem 1: Which adapter is right for my 5D Mark II?
Problem 2: Should I have to refocus the Angle Finder when changing magnification from 1.25 to 2.5?

Thanks for your help.
