adjusting lens mount flange

I recently acquired a iiif and some lenses (Leica, Canon, & Voigtlander). The focus & f/stop markers all do not line up at the 12 o'clock position - more like one o'clock. Is there a simple way to adjust this, or should I just let it be. All lenses focus properly.

The Canons, in my experience, are particularly guilty of this. I really don't know why it is, but it's typical. If all are focusing properly, leave them be.

The Leica LTMs don't line up at 12 o'clock but are designed to line up at 1 o'clock, this is so you can see the markings when you are using an auxiliary viewfinder on the accessory shoe.

As Malcolm says, it's intended to be a feature rather than a bug. Leitz, Canon and Nikkor screwmount lenses all do this. Interestingly, FSU lenses seem to nominally line up at 12:00, but given the variability of their mounts, will seldom appear exactly at 12:00.
