Advice for M4-2 price

Hi!
I´m thinking about selling my M4-2, but I´m a disastrous salesperson and have slight ideas of what it might be worth. It´s good looking, shows signs of use, of course, but nothing serious. The VF appears a little hazy when looked at from the front, but focusing is just fine. The camera works perfectly.

Would anyone care to give a bit of advice?

Check prices on ebay, also check items sold, and see what they are going for. Compare your camera to those that have sold and you can get an idea of a fare price.

As always, condition is paramount. 😉 The UK dealers such as Ffordes and the Classic Camera will charge about £500-600. These are usually with some form of warrenty and private deals will usually be less. It is also worth checcking on completed auctions on eBay to get a feel for the price.

I paid $600 USD from a member here but it needed another $150 of work done on it and now it needs another part replacing so i would say $750-$800 would be a fair price if everything is in good working order.

KEH.com charges $700-800 for a user (BGN), $1300 for one graded LN.

Depends a little bit where you are. US prices are lower than European. I paid €750 for mine from a dealer here in Holland. From a private seller I'd pay no more than €650 in user condition. Why not ask €700ish and see what happens?
