Have any of you ever been on the night tour @ Alcatraz? My intrepid field trip-going friend Lenny (who is now on RFF - lgpod1) is trying to organize such a trip on Saturday June 11.

Any interest?

Wow, Allan, that sounds like a great photo op. Would love to join in on this one. Unfortunately, I don't think that weekend works for me due to a prior commitment. I'll be in the city that weekend, but I think it's going to take up all my time.

I've got a free ticket back out to Cali, could always stand to see family again. I'll have to look and see what the schedule will be but I'll try and make it. I keep doing this I'll have to move out from Florida permanent. :bang:

mmmmm, Lenny is hooked. Good job Allen! If he looks long enough into the Yashica it will start to look into him. I can tell from his spelling of "Yasicha" that he is already starting to shake when he thinks about it.

I haven't been to san francisco in a long time... and when I was there, hadn't seen alcatraz. I'm due for a vacation I'll be thinking about this!

It's actually not too expensive to fly into SF from OC. I occasionally get free flights, too, on southwest, so that might be kinda fun.
