Another Yahshica Electro 35

I bought another unit yesterday which was not working, of course, to use as a learning unit. I followed Yashicaguys instructions to get to the POD, and sure enough the original material was all gone. I replaced it with a suitable neoprene/rubber plumbing washer fabricated for fit, and would like to go further into the lens assembly to fix the problem with the shutter/aperture, but need suggestions, (practical, no call Kate or Tyra). I am going to attempt, and I mean attempt again, to upload some photos of the POD repair, and my next major problem, that of the shutter/aperture mystery. Thanks for your input.

Those shutter and/or aperture blades are all a-kimbo. sorta Higgly-Piggly aren't they.
