hi,
did anyone try already to use the anti-Newton glass from 6x6 slide mounts in the Epson flatbed scanner series (in their original holders)?
or even 35mm, maybe?
does it work? how? what's the best order of placement?
I picked up yesterday some 6x6 and 35mm slide mounts (new old stock gepe) with the thought to try this, so just asking not to re-invent the wheel.

Yes, although I used the ANR glass in BetterScanning holders. I used it on 120 negs, I think the major advantage is how easy it is to get the negs flat. Does not matter how curly they are, the weight of the glass pins them down. So I just scan with the arch of the curl against the glass, always seemed fine to me.
