Any Information On Voigtlander Prontor II?

I just got handed over with a folder Voigtlander Prontor II camera. I have no idea how to operate and the friend who handed me this is no help either. I managed to open the folder and open the back. All seems to be in clean and good condition. But I have no idea how to load and focus and everything operational.

Lens is a ? with f3.5 - 16. Shutter B, 1 to 1/200.

Anyone can point me to a good starting pointing?
