Whow, some great shots above!
Here are my 2 pennies - CV Color Skopar 4/21, taken at an MG Car Club meeting. For my taste, the pictures are pretty sharp, but always a little bit to dark. But thank to the "Levels" dialogue in Photoshop, you find out that is a world of enourmous details in the dark parts. I am a lazy dog, so I always phtograph in JPG mode, not raw - which means that I have to produce a DIY anti vignetting mask for Photoshop, check it out at hte first pair of pics.
Slight level correction:
Slight level correction plus self made anti-vignetting mask:
Another one as it comes out of the box...(the picture itself is an MG enthusiast insider joke - for what reason MG has replaced the round chrome bumpers for square rubber bumpers...)
...and after level correction in Photoshop (set to 1.5):

Are you guys using accessory finders (35 I assume)? Or are you just using the whole viewfinder and guessing the rest?

Concerning accessory finders: In the beginning, I used the KIEV turret finder (the 28mm lens). Works great, but disadvantage is, that you cannot take so much pictures because the whole crowd around likes to now what for a fantatastic revolver lens is on your camera...
So right now: Guestimation, and keeping in mind that the 50 mm frame covers the center third of your picture and the whole viewfinder gives an idea what you and what not. Works pretty good!
Cheers, Andreas

i will use the d21 finder when it arrives, at least for awhile to see if it makes a difference in my shooting.
if not, i will just enjoy having it.
the 15 d finder is the one that i am really interested in using to see what difference it makes.
