I tried the fill-out form twice and emailed him directly. I haven't received a reply from him whatsoever.

Once I tried to order something half a year ago and no reply as well. I gave up that time, but this time I really want to get my leatherettes!

Sometimes he takes a couple of days to send the paypal invoices, and usually it's best to contact during weekdays. I've had a hit or miss experience.
Once you pay though, he's quick on getting it out!

I never had any issue with him. IMO a really good seller. He took care of my last order which was a 6$ order...

I just bought from him recently - needed a "special" for a black Barnack so sent an email rather than using the form. I got a reply in a couple of hours and the part (with a generous "I will remake it if it is wrong" guarantee) inside 10 days - it was right (of course!).

Always a good experience with any order placed with him. Last year Japan Post lost a package (not his fault) and he shipped another one the same day. The first one showed up, somewhat battered, about 4 months later.

Never ever had a problem with him. Always answered his emails within 48 hours.

I ordered something from him about a month ago and received it a couple of weeks later. He has a quirkly way of billing, but it all works in the end. And his products are EXCELLENT!

I've only used him once, but it was exemplary service and the product is perfect.

nope, nada. i guess they lost me as a customer for life.
i tried two different emails, i know they received it because i had an email conversation history with them a year ago, and i used that exact email.
i emailed them using two different emails, then their online form three times. i tried from different browsers (firefox, chrome), and from different places/computers.

Strange that you're having issues. Are you sure it's not in your spam folder? Received my latest order within 5 days from placing it last week.

it can't be on my spam folder because i have him listed on my email addresses and we had 'conversations' in the past (i'm using gmail) so the email that they are using is a trusted one.

well, the only thing i can think of is he is deliberately avoiding my emails. i wouldnt know why as my last order with him was when I was in Korea, and there were absolutely no problems or drama associated with any orders i had with him in the past.

I just got my third order from this company and as always, service was outstanding. Just a few days to reach Vancouver and, as always, he sends an extra "set" to experiment with. I got one of my OMs completed today and it was a breeze - though it's important to follow the instructions on the website. They've been so good, I find myself looking for excuses to re-cover cameras!...TW

This thread reminded me to order a couple of things.
I got a little carried away and paid via paypal when I got the automatic confirmation through (I still had the details from the last order).
Got the manual invoice through the next day, and realised I'd been over excited, emailed to explain, just in case it caused confusion, and got a response the following day.
As always exemplary service (and even when dealing with excitable fools like me haha),
Just a thought. If you're using Gmail. make sure the email hasn't gone under one of the tabs at the top of your inbox.
