Anyone else getting a Canada Post run-around?
I sold an item to a person in France in March and mailed it, insured, on Mar 18.
It hasn't arrived and I started the insurance recovery process 3 weeks ago.
When I call Can Post, they claim they've mailed me two letters about the case (none have arrived), and said "someone would call me within 24 hrs of last Thursday morning", no call received.
I have only lost one package before, and I know it takes a while to get my insurance, but this time, the treatment and progress seems just so much worse.
Anyone else suffering through this?
