I'm interested in buying a 20mm f1.7 and was thinking of buying the GF1 kit and selling on the body.
Is there any interest in this forum for just the body only?
I'm not sure if I'll fall in love with the GF1 body yet though, you may see my G1 body up for sale instead!

Hello, looking around the price for the lens is £280-£300 and the extra on top of the body price for the package is about the same.

Well I have seen the kit for 669, and saw the body only at 500. I was thinking of selling the body for 450, so both parties would save about 50 quid. However I have seen the body only price as 450 on amazon, so that has scuppered my plans. If I sell the body around 400, I would be saving hardly anything.
So I guess it's back to the option of adopting the gf1 and 20mm and selling the g1 body, or buying the lens at 279.
Has anyone preferred the gf1 over a g1 that they own or previously have owned? Does the loss of swivel and evf outweigh the savings in size and weight? (a terrible choice of words in the previous sentence, apologies I am tired)

I had a play with a GF-1 and liked it apart from the evf, which isn't as good as the one in the G1.
