Anyone shoot film with a Canon 24mm f/1.4?

It's such a rare gem. If I came upon one I could afford, I would possibly sell gear just to switch to a Canon F1n and replacement focal lengths for the Nikon gear I regularly use.

Sorry, I meant the EF 24mm f/1.4 lens. I have a Canon 1V and was thinking of adding this lens.

Have a look at the lens tests of "opticallimits" and "lenstip":

2.

Both do in general a very solid lens test procedure, and the results are also valid for film use. Only with the main difference that in a lens test with film the resolution numbers are even higher because film can differentiate details even down to 10% contrast difference.
Their results have mostly very well corresponded with my own lens test results of the same lenses tested with film.

Had one in the past mostly shot with digital but probably did try it with film, great sharp lens in my opinion canons best wide the mark2 version anyway, never shot the original one.

Just for additional information:
You should also have a look at the new Zeiss Distagon 1.4/25 (Milvus line). It is both optically and mechanically better in most parameters compared to the Canon. And it is available in Canon EF mount.
