I used RawTherapee a lot when I used Linux; I appreciate that doesn't answer your question.
That being said, I thought RawTherapee worked well, with the caveat that it had 10 different ways to skin the same cat (or at least it felt that way).

I use the ART branch of Raw Therapee. GIMP, too. I work mostly in LInux Mint, once in a rare while W10.
I much prefer the ART branch of Raw Therapee. Among other advantages: you can copy the .DCP files from Lightroom to the ART directory. Darktable uses it's own file format for profiles.
