Hello,
to me it seems that many lenses for MF do have only five aperture blades forming a pentagonal shape (Zeiss, Schneider Kreuznach, Mamiya) while most (of my) lenses for 35 mm film have a significant higher number of aperture baldes forming a nearly round aperture shape.
Is there a specific reason for this difference in MF and 35 mm film lenses ?
