I have posted such cluster maps at linkedin.com. There is no time for submitting such research to a peer reviewed journal article, so I am using social media instead. Things are changing each week.

Does this include recovered cases, no longer ill?
I ask because the news in The news in my country keeps reporting 53 cases, but the government web site shows 21 active cases and 32 recovered.

We have used data that simply shows the confirmed cases on a given day. I do not know if what we used makes such a distinction or not.
