I got a very nice Arco Tokyo Tele-Colinar 135mm f/3.8 recently, but the focus is seized at infinity.
I have actually been using it a little for landscapes at a distance, but obviously I would like to be able to focus it through the whole range.
Not sure if it's worth sending away. I removed a few screws until I was no longer comfortable in my ability to put it back.
I tried applying a very small amount of butane to under the ring, to no avail.
I'm pretty strong, so if I can't get it to move it must be seized pretty good.
Any other suggestions?

I guess my options are: use it as is, take it apart, sell it for parts or stick it in the junk drawer.
