Argentina's Bicentennial

Here is a LINK to some of the most impressive images I've seen. All of them come from the 200 Anniversary celebration of Argentina's Bicentennial (May 25th), from a variety of photographers and agencies.

I was there in 2001... and can recognize the Cabildo, Casa Rosada, Avenida 9 de julio and, of course, the Teatro Colón (where my wife insisted to go for a concert; little did we know that it would close for renovations for about 9 years and reopen just last Monday).

Looks pretty great - I'm going to Buenos Aires in about a week and a half, and wish I could have gone earlier to see those celebrations.
