Well I decided to get a good used version of one of these. Have tried finding an operating instruction manual but have had no luck.
She has one cloth sheet under the main canvas cover. Been test drying some useless fiber prints. Putting them face up inbetween the two cloths and running the temperature around 170 it seems to dry them in around twenty five minutes.
So am I doing this correctly or not. Thanks for any help. One side seems to be hotter than the other, so I must be wrong in thinking there is only one heating element. I may dismantle it and look inside.
I will be employing my wife to replicate the covering and cloth if I continue to use this method of drying prints. They do come out flatter for easier dry mounting as well.
