New to the forum. I am looking for advice.
I just received a custom case from Arte di mano for my M240. Beautiful outside. However on the inside there are 4 surprisingly exposed snap fittings that seem poorly protected from eventually damaging the camera body. I am attaching photos. The snaps seem thinly coated with a flocking but this really does not look very substantial and I am concerned that these snaps will rapidly wear into the finish of the camera. I am I overly concerned? Does anyone have any experience with this? I have contacted the maker and I am waiting to see what they suggest and I also plan to show the case to my shoe maker to see if he can cover the internal flanges of the snaps with chamois or like material.
Thanks
Ken
