Artista Premium 400 = Tri-X 400?

I've heard that Premium 400 is just Tri-X repackaged. Is this true? If so, it's a massive bargain at Freestyle: $2.19 per roll, as opposed to 3.69 for Tri-X at B&H.

Anyone have experience in comparing the two directly?
