Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone shooting an old Kodak rangefinder like the Signet 35 or the Medalist II and is interested in using an electronic flash. The cameras from that period came equipped from the factory with an ASA flash sync connector. Which for me was worthless as I have no ASA sync cord.
Found this ASA Bayonet to PC Female adapter cord on the big auction site and it turns out that it works really well. It's made by Paramount, whose sync cords I've been using for decades and seems to be very well made.

I have no connection with the seller, just wanted to pass this along if others were interested in using electronic flash with their classic American made rangefinders.
Best,
-Tim
