Just received an email from Le Journal de la Photographie that it's closing down as of August 29. Sad news. I enjoyed the reports of exhibitions and portfolios of photographers. And the "Your Holiday Photos" segment was fun, too. It sounds like the Journal ran out of money....🙁

I read all of the goodbyes up on the site, but the vague allusions to problems with money and technology don't really give much of a hint at what's happened.

I can only conclude they've had problems with money and technology. It is too bad.

I received an email from them also. I got so much inspiration from La Journal. Hope they return.
