Automatically subscribe to threads?

This may have been posted before, but the last thread I found about it was in 2006 and it wasn't very helpful.

Is there a way to automatically subscribe to threads that I post in? It would be nice to be able to monitor my participated threads easily, without having to search for my own name in the Members List (you can view all threads that a person has posted there). I can't seem to find the option in the User CP.

If I log on through Forum Runner on my iPhone it allows me to look at participated threads. Either that functionality or the automatic subscription would serve my purpose. I know many other forums running vBulletin have this functionality.

Edit Options on the right side bar
About 1/4 way down is your Default Subscription option.
Pick on,
Save...... at the bottom of the page
