Backyard IR with NEX3 and 55/1.8 FE

After having quite a bit of difficulty trying to focus manually with an adapted lens, I figure I'd mount my only AF lens for the NEX mount. Here are a few from this afternoon:

Hi Keith, did you modify that NEX3 to do IR, or have you put an IR pass filter on the lens and bumped up the exposure?

Nice. Are these done with an IR filter on a regular NEX3 or a converted one?

Thanks. The NEX3 was converted by Kolari Vision to 665nm IR filter. I do recommend their work just as I recommend Life Pixel, who had converted a D40X in the past for me (to 590nm). Just like any image (other than those coming from 800nm and up which really don't require it) straight out of a converted camera, I had to tweak these in PS.
