Well-known
My Om4T manual says the batteries are 2 SR44 or LR44. The onlly battery I found at CVS is an Energizer type that says "replacement" for SR44/LR44 and it is 1.55 Volts, not 1.5V.
Can I use this energizer battery or will it mess up the meter? thanks for your help

Shaken, so blurred
The silver oxide ones are 1.55V and will work just fine. In fact they're recommended as the OM-4T has a low-level drain (even when off) that chews through alkalines pretty quickly.

Never use an alkaline or lithium battery in an OM-2/3/4. Silver oxide only. Period.

Energizer 357 is the correct energizer replacement for the SR-44. I use them all the time in my OM-4T. Here's a tip: walmart sells 3-packs of them for $5. Walgreens charges $9 for the same 3 pack, or $4 for a single 357.
