can someone do me a favor and shake your battery? one of my 3 batteries, when i shake the battery, something is loose inside. i hear it clinking around. is this normal? my shop says its normal because his battery does it too.

i have two, and nothing sounds from them when shaken....

I also have two and neither make a sound when shaken.
I'd be a little wary of a li-ion battery with possible internal damage, given that lithium doesn't react well to moisture.

when the bsttery chsrges it heats up and possibly expands. when it has sat for a while it cools and shrinks. neither of mine rsttle.
