I was thinking it might be fun to have a straight Beer & Gear once again, no shooting or competition tied to it, but with a twist. If you have any gear you're looking to sell bring it along, complete with some good pricing for your RFF brethren.

Just think....have a few beers and make an impulse purchase. What could be better!

Maybe Saturday the 29th? Thoughts?

Sounds like fun, but I'm not available that day/weekend. Too bad, too, because I'm pretty sure I have some stuff to sell. Oh, well. Have fun horse trading!

Idea and date sound good. Beer 'n Gear meets Show 'n Sell. Can we make it in the East Bay? Time for folks to come up with a "want" list.

Just to be clear I'm up for any date. If any of you want to do it another time propose it for discussion :)

I think this might be fun! I can even see some trading going on!

And here I am sitting on some gear I'm thinking of selling... what kind of stuff are y'all interested in? Should I just load up the trunk?

I've got a bunch of stuff to sell, but can we try for a sunday?
Or later on saturday so I can make it after work...
(M4, CL, 35'cron, some folders, some pentax, I'll bring
a bag full of stuff!)

Hmmm... a lot of beer, a LOT of gear... maybe I'd better bring the waterproof housing!

Good idea Kent. This could be the beginning of the newest Bay Area camera swap!

I'm totally fine with Sunday the 30th. Work for everyone else?

Once we get the logistics out of the way it would be cool if we had an idea of what people might be looking for, or bringing. Surprises are always good as well!

Sounds good to me. I hope it's not just the three of us...! (Jamie- wanna buy an extra Retina? )

Now to figure out where to meet...

Thanks Brian... but ONE retina sitting on the shelf is enough. And it may not be around much longer... it needs to be fed film too often and I took the last four rolls for processing today. :-o

I might be able to make it that weekend. I'm sitting on a bunch of stuff that really deserves to be sold at this point. The gear-acquisition bug got to me for awhile in those waning months of 2010. Here are some things I could conceivably tote with me from Sacramento:

- Yashica Mat-124G with wide angle set
- Olympus OM-10 + Zuiko 50/1.8
- Canon AE-1 + 28/2.8, 50/1.8, and a long zoom
- Minolta Maxxum 7000 + 100mm f/2.8 AF macro

Let me know if there's any interest and I'll think about pricing. :)

I might be interested in a 120 TLR or MF RF, and a CV 35/1.4 SC. Might have the following for sale/trades, CV 15 and 21 LTM, Nikon F3 worn, but works with WLF, 105/2.5 P*C F slr lens, other Nikkor zooms and primes. Worn GSN, w aux lens kits.
