Bessa L and Jupiter 12

I know that a Jupiter 12 lens doesn't fit in a Bessa R body; does the Jupiter 12 fits the bessa L?

I think it's the same body, so then no it probably wouldn't.

You would need an Orion adapter, which is very hard to find, and expensive if you are lucky to have the oportunity to buy one.

I believe the OP was referring to the 39mm screw-mount version of the J-12, so no adapter needed.

Same shutter so same problem, you can fit the lens but if you try to focus to infinity the rear element will hit the front shutter blind. Takes nice pics at 10 ft / 3m though.

But you lose the metering, so basically you can just as well use a FSU body like a FED-2.

Thanks everyone. I had the chance to talk to Stephen Gandy and he told me, about the Jupiters, rhat "most won't fit, none will meter".
By curiosity, the metering lights in the Bessa L stay on for some seconds after you slightly press the shutter, right? Because i tried a Jupiter 8 (50 mm) in my bessa L body and the metering lights stay on only when you press the shutter...I hope it's not like that with the snapshot skopar I'm waiting for.
