Bessa R w/ I-61

I wasn't sure whether to post here or in the FSU forum 🙂.

My I-61 and Bessa R make a handsome looking combo, don't you think?

I've also attached a shot taken with this combo on a roll of Kodak Super Gold 400. This is the first time that I've used the I-61. It originally came on a Fed-3B, but it turned out that the Fed had pinholes in its shutter, so I mounted the I-61 on my Bessa R in order to try the I-61.

The I-61 works just fine on the Bessa R.

That's a good looking panda on your bessa. I've been using an I61-ld on my R for a year now and have always been pleased with the results. I recently picked up a nice Jupiter-3, however, and now it gets all of my 50mm time.

Thanks Bill. I also frequently use my Jupiter 8 on the Bessa. I think I'm going to borrow my friend's J-3 to try one of these days, just for fun. 🙂

I've got the same I-61 "Panda" that you do. Great little lens (with terrible ergonomics).

I've used and enjoyed the same combination. The I-61 is one of my favourite 50s.
