I've had some issues with my vertical rangefinder alignment in the past days with my R3A. I searched across the forum and web and found lots of posts talking about how to do it, pictures and a couple of links to "best guides to do this"... but as usual in the internet, this kind of links outdate/expire and the photos were not for the R3A but for other models (and seems they're not the same, and screw positions are diferent)
So here I'm just leaving a photo of my R3A top plate (after removing the clip and the hot-shoe plate screws, that remember have a different lenght so keep this in mind when storing them...) and a big red arrow pointing to the screw that you have to turn in order to align vertically your rangenfinder (clockwise to get it down, do it in 1/8 turns in order to not mess it up)
