just a quick post: It works.
The Auto-Up II focuses from 52cm down to 39cm on the Canon 50f1.5 Lens. Rangefinder lens in the older LTM mount has a minimum focus of only one meter. So with this lens, I can focus really close. Unfortunately this adapter works only one the old screw-mount body, Canon RF bodies and on the Bessa RF bodies. In the above picture, it is attached to my Bessa R3a. The accompanying picture was taken on the r3a with kentmere 400 film. (There are various Auto-Up adapters for the different line of Canon RF lens)
