My R4A has a one second light in the window which flashes for exposures longer than one second. So far, so good. However it only does this for 100 ASA film and does not do it with 400 ASA film. Thus, when I see the one second light and it is not flashing my exposure time could be anywhere between one second and eight seconds. This is not how it should be according to the manual. The only other person I know who has an R4A says his does the same thing.
Have any of you observed this? Id like to get to the bottom of this.
