My new T just arrived today. i took some digitals of the unpacking. I have a Industar-50 2.8 on it. i have a Jupiter-8 which i would like to use. but the cheap 39 to m adapter i bought the Jupiter does not want to screw all the way down. i don't want to force it so i tried the Industar and it fit OK. next time I'll buy a good quality adapter.

Be careful with the Bessa T and with non-Leica M adapaters. I already lost one such adapter. If you force it, something will break.

Congrats to your new camera !

These cheap Chinese LTM to M adapters are really not worth the risk of damaging your camera and/or lens. The ones from Voigtlander are not exactly cheap, but come with rear M lens cap and brand new cost roughly the same as used ones made by Leitz.

As for finders, I found the Russian "turret" finder to be very versatile combo with this camera. If I go "light" with just 50mm lens, then I use 50mm finder from Voigtlander (looks exactly like the Leica one on eBay).

Have fun with your Bessa-T.

Thinking of getting a Bessa T as a backup to my ZI and a home for my CV 21/4 since I have VF for it. Sounds good?
