What are you experiences / favorites / best films of 100 ISO or lower used with Flash photography?

I'm looking to do some studio work and am currently looking at Fuji Across 100, Pan F+ 50, and the cheap but reliable Arista EDU Ultra 100.

I just ran through a roll of Efke 25 with good results, it's just time to replenish the refrigerator so I thought I'd ask around.

Would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

Thanks

I have had good results with; Rollei RPX100 and Fomapan 100 in 120. Lucky 100, Agfa APX100 and Polypan 50 in 35mm. All films were developed in RO9, the Adox version that is 1+40 (older formula?) Stand Developed 1+100 for an hour. Agitation for the first 30 seconds and then 30 seconds again at the halfway point. I did not like Lucky 100 in 120 the negs were good but it wound me up getting them on to the spool. I think of all of them I will continue to get Fomapan in 120 and Polypan in 35mm, I love the Foma and polyp an is a bargain working out at 40p for a film. The couple of rolls of Across I shot were very nice too. I prefer to use films lower than 200asa if there is the light.

Hi,

for studio work with flash I am mainly using Agfa Copex Rapid, developed in Spur Modular UR New (and sometimes Delta 100).

ISO 40/50 is easy to shoot in studio with flash. Detail rendition with this film is outstanding (medium format quality with 35mm film, almost 9x12cm LF quality with 120 film).
Tonality is excellent.
Shooting Copex in 35mm and getting medium format quality give me a cost saving of about 40% compared to shooting conventional medium format film.
Here I have reported in detail about my experiences with this film - developer combination:
